Do you provide out of hours support ?
Yes. Our monitoring and alerting runs 24/7, and critical issue response is available outside business hours. Standard support requests are handled during business hours, with priority escalation pathways for urgent issues. After hours support charges apply.
Do you work with Internal IT teams ?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have an internal IT person or small team. We work alongside them — handling the day-to-day, providing specialist expertise, and freeing your internal staff to focus on strategic projects rather than helpdesk tickets.
What is your process ?
We start with a discovery session and full IT audit, then build an onboarding plan tailored to your environment. Most clients are fully onboarded within two weeks. We handle the migration, configuration, and team briefing — with minimal disruption to your operations.
Do you provide a break-fix model?
No. We operate on agreements because we believe its the better model- fix it before it breaks. We focus on proactive approach rather than dealing with the after-facts —in our experience, clients stay because they see the value, not because they are locked in agreements.
